Pinless Connection Design
- Our unique hexagonal clamp design allows the stem to drive the valve plate without any pin connection. This prevents the stem from contacting the medium in the line. The structure simplifies disassembly: just remove the circlip spring and pull out the stem. This pinless butterfly valve offers a higher Cv value, reduced turbulence, and excellent pressure recovery compared to similar products.
Disc Design Features
- The disc features a one-piece design with edges that are spherically machined and hand-polished, ensuring low torque, extended seat life, and superior sealing. Ideal for hygienic applications, it prevents dust particle accumulation. The valve plate surface can be coated with materials like PTFE, ETCFE, nylon, tungsten carbide, ceramic, or other anti-corrosive coatings, including ethylene propylene, butyl blue, and fluorine rubber, to protect against erosion and corrosion. The hexagonal groove design of the valve plate ensures a perfect fit with the stem for enhanced durability.
Bushing and Packing Design
- Blowout-Proof Feature: An anti-blowout circlip ensures the valve stem stays in place, making disassembly easy.
- Shaft Sleeve: Choose between corrosion-resistant PTFE or copper bushings to absorb side thrust under heavy loads.
- Valve Shaft Packing: A dual-seal design with self-expanding Y-ring packing and an O-ring ensures a reliable two-way seal.
