Product Description
Stem and Disc Connection
Our innovative design features a pinless connection between the disc and stem. The stem is hexagonally clamped to the valve plate, preventing contact with the medium and ensuring easy disassembly. Simply remove the circlip spring to extract the stem. This design enhances the Cv value, minimizes turbulence, and improves pressure recovery compared to similar products.Disc Design Features
The disc is crafted as a one-piece unit with spherical edges that are precisely machined and hand-polished. This results in low torque, extended seat lifespan, and excellent sealing. Ideal for hygienic applications, it prevents dust accumulation. The disc surface can be coated with materials like PTFE, ETCFE, nylon, tungsten carbide, ceramic, or various anti-corrosive rubbers to protect against erosion and corrosion. The hexagonal groove in the valve plate ensures a strong connection with the stem for better support.Bushing and Packing Design
- Blowout-Proof Design: An anti-blowout circlip secures the valve stem, simplifying assembly and disassembly.
- Shaft Sleeve: Options include corrosion-resistant PTFE or copper bushings, which absorb side thrust under heavy loads.
- Valve Shaft Packing: Features a dual-seal system with self-expanding Y-ring packing and an O-ring, ensuring a reliable two-way seal.
